Bayley Environmental Services is a small, specialist environmental consultancy based in South Fremantle, Western Australia. BES provides expert environmental services, advice and reporting to the development industry and government in Western Australia.

Bayley Environmental Services was formed in 2006 to service a growing demand from the land development industry for expert environmental advice.

BES is owned and operated by its Principal, Phil Bayley. Phil has over 30 years' experience in the environmental field, including over 27 years as a private consultant. His experience and expertise cover land development, land capability, water and wastewater management, drainage design, industrial development, mining, contamination, biological surveys, landscape planning and expert testimony. BES' focus is always to provide the best possible outcome for its clients. Without the overheads and administrative burdens of large consulting firms, BES is able to focus entirely on achieving the best results for its clients.

BES has close cooperative relationships with a number of Western Australia's leading planners, engineers, botanists, zoologists and other specialist consultants. Through these relationships, BES is able to assemble project teams to provide a full service to any project, large or small.
